Having experienced a wonderful career as a flute player, she experienced three kinds of storms: one – the loss of her loved one, and the second – the loss of financial support, and then she lost her healthy body – got sick. However, through these storms, she found God’s unchanging love and brought her into the true repentance and her new life in Christ. Through these losses she learned she needed something that would last. She knew it could all be taken away at any time. When she was asked to teach flute at a church she learned about God and that Christ had died on the cross for her sins. She trusted Christ and was baptized. Eventually she was designated a music evangelist and has had numerous chapel concerts in churches in addition to her classical concerts. She has also traveled to Kenya and raises money for a children's ministry there through charity concerts. Quotes Psalm 104:33,34.
